Ms. Bermudez has more than 20 years of experience managing mid and top-level executive searches. Prior to relocating to Canada she worked in Caracas with her own executive search firm and was also with Ray & Berndtson. She works for a wide variety of industries including Oil & Gas, Information Technology & Relational Data Base, Telecommunication, Manufacturing, Mass Consumption, High-end Apparel, IT Consulting services among others. She holds a Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Relations from Universidad Catolica Andrés Bello in Caracas, is a Certified Human Resources Professional, and is an active standing member of the Human Resources Professional Association.
