Mr. Conde leads an executive search firm established in 1989 servicing the industries of HealthCare, New Technologies, FMCG, Retail and Fashion. Prior to assuming his current role at the World Search Group, Alexander held various executive positions in the areas of Marketing and Sales with Capsa, the Osborne Group and L’Oréal in Spain. Mr. Conde has a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration and International Business from Schiller International University, and speaks fluently English and Spanish.
